1. How do I sign my child up for Football or Cheer?
We offer only two methods to Register....
Online registration is the preferred method by most of our parents and can be completed now by clicking the link to create your account. Sign Up Now!!
We also offer 4-6 in person registrations that typically begin in March. Emails and publications are used to communicate in person dates.
2. I created my account and set up my participant but I do not see any programs, What do I do?
Our programs are offered to you based off your participant's date of birth. Confirmed that your participant's date of birth is correct, and they are of age. If you are still having an issue please call 815-386-6859 or email [email protected].
3. At checkout I noticed a participation fee, what is it and how do I get my money back?
In order to continue to provide the best experience for your participant we need everyone to do their part by helping the organization be successful. We require each family to do a set amount of total hours to assist the organization. Some roles are more demanding than others but we have something for every one. coaching, team mom, uniform sizing, uniform hand out, picture day assistance, and registration assistance just to name a few. Any aspect expect being just a spectator of the program can be used to earn your hours. Participation Fees will be refunded at the end of year banquet by check only if you have completed your hours.
4. At checkout I noticed a service fee, what is it?
Our online registration system vendor implemented a new service fee in March 2020. The service fee is per transaction and not per order. Meaning for every payment made a service will be add that goes to the vendor and not Kankakee Eastside
Example 1
At checkout total due is $100. You check out and pay the full amount of $100 + service fee
Example 2
At checkout total due is $100. You check out and pay only half of the total amount due, you will $50 + service fee. Then you come back a day or so later to pay the rest, you will then pay the remaining balance of $50 and another service fee.
5.What is the refund policy?
Refunds are only given for only extreme circumstances and acts of GOD. All refunds are at the discretion of the Kankakee Eastside Board of Directors.
6. Are pandemics and epidemics consider acts of GOD?
Yes and in event of an act of GOD we will grant refunds of any monies that were not spent in preparation of the season and less 3% for any credit card transactions. Refunds can not be given once we have completed our first official weigh in.
